RO Antiscalant and Dispersant | XT-150


Properties:

XT-150 is a high-effective scale inhibitor, suitable for reverse osmose (RO) systems, nanofiltration (NF)

and ultrafiltration (UF) systems. XT-150 can inhibit scale deposit on membrane surfaces, improve water production, and produced water quality, reduce operating expenses. XT-150 has the following properties:

1.  Could be used together with organic flocculants.

2.  Could be used for the drinking water system.

3.  Inhibit scales formation of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, and strontium sulfate, no the scale is formed even when the LSI value is 3.0.

4.  Suitable for almost all RO membranes.

5.  Maintain surfaces of the RO membrane clean by dispersing particle blockage.

6.  Effective in supply water pH 5-9.

7.  Being used directly or after being diluted.

8.  Good resistance to aluminum oxide and ferric oxide.

Usage Method:

To be best effective, XT-150 should be added before static mixer or cylindric filter. The dosage of 3-6mg/L is preferred, it can be diluted by RO liquids or by deionized water.
